First, I love, love, love this Vertical Flower Garden from Jessca at A Million Moments! I plan on making a few of these in a few weeks and put them along our fence. Our dog likes to dig up flowers and I think this would help prevent that! Plus, they are really cute!

Summer is just around the corner and I can't wait! Although, one thing I don't like about summer is how HOT my kitchen gets when I am cooking! UGH! This is why I try to use my slow cooker as much as possible during the summer. This Chicken Teriyaki from Candice at All Things Walker sounds really good, I will have to put it on our summer menu!

I LOVE hosting dinners and am always on the lookout for cute serving trays. When I saw this CUTE Painted Cheese Platter from Randi at Dukes & Duchesses I instantly fell in love and will be scouring garage sales this spring to try to find something similar! I can see all kinds of things on this beautiful tray; cupcakes, hand pies, cookies, oh my!

Strawberries and Cream Instant Oatmeal | Recipe

I don't know about you but, we go through oatmeal like that is the only thing to eat on this planet! Seriously a TON! My youngest would eat it for every meal and snack....every day....if I let her. Yes, the little packs can be cheap (if you can find a coupon and get them on sale) but it still adds up. I used things I already had on hand so there was no extra cost to make this. FREE is ALWAYS good! I tried before to make little packets to keep on hand but that was a complete fail. I have since reworked the recipe and am happy with the results. I decided to just keep the oatmeal in a glass container this time and scoop out what we need, when we need it. Today I am posting at Mom It Forward!

Hey guys! I have some EXCITING news! Today I am posting over at Mom It Forward ! I have shared my Fiesta Chicken Tacos recipe, it is SO good! Go check it out! While you are there, check out all of my other posts I have shared there. The Fiesta Chicken Taco mix is GREAT on nachos as well! I also made a quesadilla with some of the mix last night and it was AMAZING! This is also a very frugal meal, the total cost for me was $2.67! Here is the breakdown: Leftover Chicken - Free Black Beans - $0.50 for 1 can Frozen Corn - $0.17 (it was on sale and I used coupons, it was $0.33/bag and I used half a bag) Tomatoes and Green Chilies - FREE (again, on sale and I had a coupon) Tortillas - $2 Total- $2.67! Now, if you had to buy all of that at regular price it still equals out to a very frugal meal. Enjoy!
