If you haven't already we would love for you to follow us on Pinterest:

This week our official host is Sarah from Hope in Every Season. Sarah is sharing these AMAZING homemade Peanut Butter Oreos. The new school year is just around the corner, these would make a great after school snack!

We are right in the middle of a bathroom makeover so I thought I would share some of my favorite DIY links from last week.
First up is this sweet little Homemade Foot Stool from Ingrid at Now at Home Mom. I have been needing a little stool like this for AGES! I am so short that when I sit at my desk, my feet don't touch the ground. That is very uncomfortable. This would help my legs and back so much!
Artsy VaVa linked up this super cute DIY Chalkboard made from a cabinet door! How brilliant is that?! You could use this as a menu board in your kitchen, at a party, for your to do list, the possibilities are endless!
I am about to redo my dresser. I was so excited when I saw this Before & After Distressed Dresser that Jamie from The Koenigs linked up! The piece was beautiful before but now it really makes the room pop! So cute!

Thank you all so much for linking up last week!

Strawberries and Cream Instant Oatmeal | Recipe

I don't know about you but, we go through oatmeal like that is the only thing to eat on this planet!   Seriously a TON! My youngest would eat it for every meal and snack....every day....if I let her. Yes, the little packs can be cheap (if you can find a coupon and get them on sale) but it still adds up.  I used things I already had on hand so there was no extra cost to make this.  FREE is ALWAYS good!   I tried before to make little packets to keep on hand but that was a complete fail.  I have since reworked the recipe and am happy with the results.  I decided to just keep the oatmeal in a glass container this time and scoop out what we need, when we need it.  You can also make this into packets by just scooping the desired amount into zip-top bags. {Strawberries & Cream Instant Oatmeal}   12 Servings 6 Cups Quick Cook Oats 1 1/2 Cups Oat Powder 2 Cups Powdered Milk 1 - 1 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Freeze Dried Strawberries Directions f

Today I am posting at Mom It Forward!

Hey guys!  I have some EXCITING news!  Today I am posting over at Mom It Forward ! I have shared my Fiesta Chicken Tacos recipe, it is SO good!  Go check it out!  While you are there, check out all of my other posts I have shared there. The Fiesta Chicken Taco mix is GREAT on nachos as well!  I also made a quesadilla with some of the mix last night and it was AMAZING!  This is also a very frugal meal, the total cost for me was $2.67! Here is the breakdown: Leftover Chicken - Free Black Beans - $0.50 for 1 can Frozen Corn - $0.17 (it was on sale and I used coupons, it was $0.33/bag and I used half a bag) Tomatoes and Green Chilies - FREE (again, on sale and I had a coupon) Tortillas - $2 Total- $2.67!  Now, if you had to buy all of that at regular price it still equals out to a very frugal meal. Enjoy!
