 In just a few short weeks, my beautiful little cousin (the one in white, above) will be getting married. If there is one thing that this group of ladies knows how to do, it is throw a shower! To celebrate our Meggie, we showered her with love with a High Tea Wedding Shower. Guests were told on the invitation to wear their favorite High Tea Hat. Most obliged and it was so much fun! Some of the guests made their hats, some wore their daughters old Easter bonnets, others bought fancy new hats and fascinators. It was great seeing all the fun hats! Of course, what shower would be complete without food? I can not thank my mom, aunts and a few cousins enough for helping me so much! We had Strawberry Pizza, Strawberry Soup , Cream Scones , Strawberry and Blueberry Scones, Artichoke Dip, Tea Sandwiches (cucumber, ham and chicken salad ), Lemon Tea Cookies , and of course tea, tea, and more tea.   I am so happy for our Meggie!
